Terms of Use & Service Rules

Welcome to PrintAPM (operated via printapm.online). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between the user (“User”, “You”) and PrintAPM (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

By uploading any file, initiating payment, generating a Print Code, or operating a PrintAPM physical kiosk, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Service Architecture & Process Workflow

PrintAPM operates a digital-to-physical self-service kiosk system:

  • Upload: User uploads a digital file (PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG) to printapm.online.
  • Configuration: User selects printing preferences (Black & White, Colour, Single/Double-sided, Copies, Page Ranges).
  • Payment: User reviews the calculated fee and pays via authorized payment gateways.
  • Code Generation: Upon successful payment capture, a unique 4-digit Print Code is generated.
  • Kiosk Redemption: User enters the 4-digit Print Code at any authorized PrintAPM kiosk to dispense the physical prints.

Print Code Expiry Window:

  • Every generated Print Code is valid for strictly 15 minutes from generation.
  • If a code is not redeemed within 15 minutes, the job expires, and files are permanently purged from the queue. Expired codes will refundable and print queue allocations were reserved for the user.

2. Pricing, Tariffs & Billing

  • Standard Tariffs:
    • Black & White: ₹4 per page
    • Colour: ₹9 per page
  • The total payable amount is displayed transparently on the checkout summary prior to payment.
  • Prices are subject to dynamic updates. The tariff active at the time of checkout execution will apply.
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. User Representation, Content Warranty & Safe Harbour

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyright of the documents you upload.
  • Prohibited Content: Under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, you strictly agree NOT to upload, process, or print:
    • Forged, altered, or fraudulent identity proofs, degrees, marksheets, government certificates, or judicial stamp papers.
    • Explicit pornographic, obscene, sexually suggestive, or paedophilic material.
    • Defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable material.
    • Content that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.
    • Copyrighted books, proprietary corporate manuals, or exam papers without proper legal authorization.
    • Software containing viruses, trojans, cancelbots, or malicious scripts.
  • Intermediary Status: PrintAPM functions strictly as an automated, technology-driven intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We exercise no editorial control over the contents printed by users. Complete civil and criminal liability for the uploaded content rests solely on the user.

4. Kiosk Safety & Physical Print Liability

  • Physical Operation: Users must follow on-screen kiosk prompts. Do not shake, kick, force open paper trays, disconnect power/Ethernet cables, or attempt to insert foreign objects into kiosk slots.
  • Vandalism & Damage: Any deliberate tampering, physical vandalism, or cyber-attacks on kiosks will result in immediate police complaints, blacklisting, and full civil recovery of hardware damage costs.
  • Physical Document Abandonment: Once printing is complete, it is the user's sole responsibility to collect all pages from the output tray. PrintAPM accepts zero liability for sensitive/personal documents left behind at the kiosk and subsequently viewed or taken by third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Force Majeure

  • PrintAPM provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
  • We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from Force Majeure events, including power grid failures, campus network cuts, internet ISP downtime, severe weather, civil unrest, hardware mechanical failures, or upstream banking gateway disruptions.
  • PrintAPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed academic submission deadlines, examination penalties, or loss of business data.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida / Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
